Informational purposes only
The calculators, articles, and other content on USFinCalc are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They produce estimates based on the figures you enter and on simplified, generalized assumptions. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, tax, investment, accounting, or legal advice, and nothing here should be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified, licensed professional who understands your specific circumstances.
No professional relationship
Using this Site does not create any advisor-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and USFinCalc. We are not a financial advisor, tax preparer, lender, broker, or law firm, and we are not registered or licensed in any such capacity.
Accuracy and assumptions
We make a good-faith effort to use current data — for example, federal tax brackets, the Social Security wage base, and standard deductions for the applicable year — and to verify our formulas. Even so, results are estimates and may differ, sometimes significantly, from your actual figures. In particular:
- State income tax is intentionally simplified. We apply general state rate structures and do not model every state-specific deduction, credit, exemption, or local/city tax. Your true state tax may differ.
- Tax calculations assume generalized scenarios and do not account for every credit, deduction, phase-out, alternative minimum tax, or filing nuance that may apply to you.
- Loan and mortgage results are not loan offers. Actual rates, fees, PMI, taxes, and insurance depend on your lender, credit, and location.
- Investment and retirement projections assume constant returns and contributions. Real markets are volatile; past performance does not guarantee future results.
Verify before you act
Before making any financial decision, verify the relevant figures with official sources — such as IRS.gov, the Social Security Administration, or your state revenue authority — and consult a licensed CPA, CFP, attorney, or lender as appropriate for your situation.
Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, USFinCalc disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content. You use the Site at your own risk.
